Colleen Hoover When I think of the book, I think of it being Ryle and Lily's story. So no, you aren't wrong in that Ryle is a main character. Is he the Hero? Not in my opinion. I think some people go into this thinking it's a romance with a beautiful HEA between the two main characters, but this is more about the love and worth Lily finds for herself and her daughter. I never intended for this to even be Lily and Atlas's story. He plays a role in her growth for sure. But Lily is the Hero/Heroine/Star of this one.
