If spy school is happening in same year as us why do they still go to arcades?(There are millions of free games on your phone, computer, ps4, iPad, etc.)

Because arcades still exist and people still go to them. Just because you don't doesn't mean other people don't. There are people who don't go to zoos, but that doesn't mean i can't write about them.
