Did you ever have a time when you just couldn’t pick up a book anymore and even past books that you loved couldn’t excite you anymore? Did time help with that? Also, do you have any music to recommend?

Oh yes. In fact this question is giving me severe college flashbacks. There was one year where I could do nothing but reread Breaking Dawn over and over again because those pages felt like a vital comfort even if I didn't necessarily feel excited or enthralled by what I was reading (and I don't mean that as a knock to the series, but more a reflection of my own state at that time). For me, time helped. As for music, I recommend Ludovico Einaudi. Listen to his music when it rains, and see what wonderful dreams sprout from the experience.

HI! I loved Aru Shah and the end of time. I also loved your take on Indian mythology. Did you originally plan to have Aru's soul father be who he was, even though she was more than hesitant with that knowledge? Also, for Mini and Aru, how did you choose who would be the soul father of who/reincarnation of who? Did certain factors of their personalities fit with the matches or were there other elements involved?
