Anyone else think the ending lacked some details and left a couple of unanswered questions? I have a few. I want to know more of the thought process behind why they chose the method of disposal and whether it was actually permanent. Can the parts reassemble?Also, what happened to James' considerable wealth? Patty is still a co-owner of his bank account. Could she have helped the families of the murdered children?

After all, they are just women who have faced this vampire phenomenon for the first time, they are not superheroes or superscientists etc. They were already lucky to think about a way to stop him for a certain period of time - apparently no one before has done it with him. It would be very unrealistic (if I can use this word when talking about a horror :-)), if they were also able to end him for good, and they simply have not had much time to develop and test various methods etc.(less)
