None of my books have nudity. My Kid Sensation series and Warden series have teen protagonists, and I'd argue that they can be read by all ages. (In fact, I've had readers of all ages tell me that they enjoy those books).
In my Fringe Worlds series, two of the characters begin a relationship in the second book, but intimacy is implied rather than explicit.
***One correction: My book "Mouse's Tale" is more adult in tone (particularly language), but I don't think there's anything explicit in terms of nudity/sex.
