They meant to grow up and train on earth then fight back but the mogs started to hunt them. Now they are all living in the shadows. The only advantage they have is that they can only be killed in order, 1-9. When the story starts 1-3 have already been killed and it centers on number four. This is an AMAZING read that is totally worth your time. It is my favorite series ever and for me it even tops Hunger Games, Divergent, and the Giver. I would totally recommend this.(less)
