J.T. Ellison Hi Cathy - I do a ton of research. I've done a lot of hands on work (redialing, interviews, autopsies) and I rely on my Internet skills for the rest. Now that I have a basis, I generally research on the fly, though I'll read several books on topic as I'm starting the book.
