The end of this book was bogus for me. “Autumn” said Marnie stopped breathing after she hit her head, but yet the cause of death was heroin? And WHEN/HOW did she get injected with heroin? Graham and Autumns visits were back to back. Did she come back alive afterwards? I was so confused/disappointed. I thought this was going to be a focus on a biological mom/daughter relationship and it was a lot of drama.
