What was missing in Vanessa's childhood that made her such easy pickings? I kept waiting for some psychological explanation from her therapist. Strane groomed her and targeted her because he saw her to be a loner, had no real friends at the school, knew he could use that to his advantage. She's at an impressionable age and looking for somewhere she could fit in, get some attention. (less)
