I have a few good questions for you. 1.What inspired you to write? 2.When you got published how did you feel? 3. How did you know you wanted to write?

Lara Whatley Awesome! Well... to be honest, reading inspired me to write. I loved reading from the second I could get my hands on my first book, and have been an avid reader since. I have always wanted to spin my own stories, and create a world like so many of the authors I admire, and now I finally have. When I held the first copy of my book in my hands, I just stared at it, not quite sure how to feel. I wanted to laugh, cry, scream, and dance all at once, so I just stared. Afterwards, I did end up dancing and screaming. :) I knew I wanted to write for quite a while. I loved writing short stories, and exchanging stories with friends. I always hoped to write a novel some day. Though I think the real passion started in grade four.
