Kevin Sands Thank you for reading! I see how one might compare Master Benedict and Snape, because they're both essentially potion masters, but beyond that, I don't see them as having similar qualities. Master Benedict, though sometimes outwardly stern, is a kind and gentle man inside. Snape is pretty spiteful and self-righteous—a skilled alchemist, maybe, but he'd make a terrible master!
