What is the level of sex, romance and sexual politics/power in this book? - I'm considering purchasing this for a 13 year old who can cope with the high level concepts in the answer about whether this is a YA book and very mature in that sense, but not that mature in the above sense - as a baseline they managed the level that is in Mistborn
