Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shannon Brescher Shea I was actually struggling with a major question in my own life: "How can I balance environmental sustainability and being a good mom?" After talking to some other moms invested in sustainability issues, I had a lightbulb moment and realized that they weren't in conflict at all. In fact, they could be one and the same! So that's what the book is about - how to find places where those two goals meet.
