What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Chris S. Dixon -writer I do love the art of using language and crafting words, the process of creating from nothing, then breathing life into characters and the narrative. I am very much a seat of the pantser when it comes to writing, rather than an out liner, however, I do make notes on plot development and depending on the story/ies in progress I also research. I enjoy the diversity of writing in different genres and the challenges of moving between them.
