Have had a wonderful lockdown reading all the D I Galena books. Please tell me that we shall soon have number 12? and hopefully many more as so many great characters with so much left to find out about them. Do we hear more about Vinnie and has Eve got another mystery to delve further into. I could go on forever. Thank you for the wonderful books.

Hi Rosalyn, thank you so much for getting in touch. So pleased I've helped in small way to combat lockdown boredom! I think you have been reading my new plot-lines... Eve does indeed get tangled up in another mystery, and yes, Vinnie returns in the next book. Actually you have answered a question for me... I was just debating as to whether Nikki has any more mileage in her, or would the readers be getting fed up with her? I have read books that are taken their characters one step too far, and would hate to do that myself. So, thank you, it will be onwards and upwards! Stay safe, x

Well what a delight to find your books! I have finished your 1st and now have 3 more waiting. I am not familiar with the fens and its environment. What is it like? Who lives there? Is it peaceful? I of course am googling it but thought as a resident and author who lives there you could shed a first person perspective. Thanks for your writing!

I am sorry to hear that you have been ill, and I hope your recovery is going well. Today I was happy to start listening to "The River's Edge" read by Richard Armitage. I have enjoyed all of this series as well as the Matt Ballard books. They offer everything a great mystery novel should have: compelling plots, exciting action, interesting and fully developed characters, and satisfying conclusions. Will there be more?
