What do you find most important to you that helps you remain driven to do your job well?

Lawrence Wright Whatever I do has to be either important or fun. That's how I chose my topics. On rare but memorable occasions I get both. But as long as I feel that I'm contributing to the important conversation we are having as a society, or that I'm getting the joy that life has to offer, I'm motivated.
