Goodreads asked Raeshell Rozet:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Raeshell Rozet I haven’t experienced writer’s block yet. I read a passage out of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron almost every day. It is a wonderful book about how to remove blocks to creativity. I also keep a journal for each new book. In the journal, I jot ideas. I talk to the characters and ask them questions. I’m often surprised by their answers. There are a lot of things that I write in the notebook that never make it into the story. It’ my place to experiment with different storylines and tangents. Then I will actually write out each chapter in the notebook before typing it on the computer. In the transfer from the journal to the computer the story changes yet again. Somehow, this process works for me, and I haven’t had a serious block yet.
