I enjoy how rich your world-building is, and how a lot of the characters are intertwined. Do you map this out before writing a series?

Sometimes I do, but sometimes I'm in the middle of a book and along comes a character from another series, looking like he belongs in this book too. Who am I to argue when the readers seem to enjoy all that cross-book interaction?

Hi, I wonder if you would let me know the reading order for the various Windham Family books - Dukes Obsession novels, The Dukes Daughters novels, Windham Brides novels, A Duke and his Duchess (the prequels?) and any ebooks which may be available. About halfway through A Rogue of Her Own (Windham Brides book 4) the following sentence appears: "In the previous century, His Grace of Chandos had bought a hostler’s castoff wife at a wife sale and made her his duchess." I am intrigued, could you share if their story is told in one of your novels? I haven't been able to find it (not for lack of looking!).

Hi... I've always wanted to be a writer, but it's been years since the last time I wrote, because I HAVE NO IDEAS. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to come up with anything, and I'm every day more discouraged, because I learned that 96% of manuscripts are rejected. With so many people wanting to be writers and those stats, I feel this is pointless, and I want to give up. Any tips on how to deal with this?
