Kevin Sands I had no interest in being a writer when I was younger. In fact, if you'd have told me I'd become an author, I'd have thought you'd lost your mind! I started writing later in life, after a friend encouraged me to do so.

The Blackthorn Key was my first series. Once I started writing, I always hoped to publish it.
