Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Leon Acord So many friends and former colleagues have since written books. I mused on Facebook "Maybe its time I write one myself." An indie-publisher responded, saying there was probably a small market for it, since my run-in with "Cindy Brady." I offered to submit sample chapters; he said I should just tell my stories to an editor and they'd write something up. "Uhhhmm, no." I felt challenged. "Could I really write a memoir on my own?" The answer is YES! (But I'm self-publishing because if life in Hollywood has taught me anything, its that I'm a bit of a control freak!)
