I have read all the Karin Slaughter books, she's a very muscular writer who doesn't shy away from graphic descriptions always done in the service of the story. Love her tortured,fragile,fractured FBI agent Will Trent, he's a very compelling character and beautifully drawn. He continues to grow from one story to the next. No question here more of a statement.
