Hi, can someone explain the word “pollock” that is used in this novel? In the U.K. it means “an idiot” or, in Cockney Rhyming Slang, it means b*llock, but i’m not sure if that is how it’s used in the USA. (I’m almost 100% sure the cockney isn’t used, lol)
