Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Ren French I took a look at my life, past and present and realized my book was right in front of me. I just needed to write it down. The wonderful and the awful people I meet at my concierge services desk are more than enough material for volumes of books. The funny conversations, the wacky characters, what I see in my head, what I'm required to say to a guest as opposed to what I wanted to say. I realized that I'm on the best stage in the world and I should share my internal laughter with others to enjoy.
