Are there certain things you do to continue to grow as a writer? I have this theory that you continue to get more amazing over time, and I think you're doing it on purpose. Also just wishing you well and safe in these weird, weird times.

First, a compliment, The Fifth Season Trilogy was brilliant! I've recommended it to many friends who complained about the use of second person and claimed this caused them difficulty reading. My question is why did you make this choice and do you care that this seems to cause some readers to not become immersed in the story? (You shouldn't, it's their lose)

I was wondering if you ever got any push back for your representation? And whether you think the diversity of your characters is one reason why your gorgeous stories have not yet been picked up by the film industry?
