What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Catherine Downen My advice is to keep writing! The more you write the better you get. I've written and rewritten chapters and pieces of writing so many times. Your writing will continue to get better the more you let yourself do it! Also, know your options! You don't have to take the traditional publishing route. You don't have to hire specific cover designers or go through specific publishing houses. Know that your journey as an author is unique and completely up to you. What works for someone may not be the path you end up taking and that's okay. There are hundreds of different paths you can take in this industry, so do the research and know the different options you have.
