Margarita Montimore:
Loved "Oona Out of Order" from beginning to end and was anxious to read Asleep From Day. Found used copies on Amazon between $48 and $64 a copy. Has the book been banned or something driving up the cost? I would really like to read it but cannot afford the cost.
