Hi Blake! I never considered myself a reader until I picked up your book Dark Matter. This book changed my perception of myself when it comes to reading, and I now feel like I have found the genre I am meant for! I have since read many of your other books, and I felt a slight shift between your earlier work and your more current stories. I’m wondering if you also feel that shift and how your writing style developed?

Blake Crouch I feel that shift for sure. Abandon was a breakthrough book (moving away from serial killers and into a very complicated plot). Run was a breakthrough from an emotional standpoint. Wayward Pines was my first really big idea. Dark Matter and Recursion built on them I think. It's definitely been a journey.
