Is there a book club list of questions for this book? Not finding any online

Sara I know this is late however hopefully these will help someone.

1) What purpose did Nirmal's diary serve?
2) While on the river what is Piya wearing? Why doesn't Amitav Ghosh describe her attire?
3) Do we have the right to promote conservation efforts in a place where those efforts will have the most detrimental cost to the people who can tolerate the cost least?
4) The author manages to keep the debate alive when you see that people like him (Fokir) have water running in their veins and have become an inseparable part of this world - one of the reasons why Piya is so attracted to him. Would it be right to uproot him from this place then?
5) The archipelago of Sundarbans with its mangrove forests and how this forests forms the epitome of so many refugees. Why do so many people still tend to stay there? What goes through in their minds?
6) What is love? What is protection and what is duty?
7) Who is this book written for?
8) Who love animals so much that they are willing to kill us for them? Do they know what is being done in their name? Where do they live, these people? Do they have children, do they have mothers, fathers?
9) How does one find the perfect balance between finding a home for the destitute and the fast depleting wildlife?
10) How do we communicate with each other? Only through language?
11) How much do the stories of the past as well as the places we've experienced shape our present?
12) Was this the promised land or was this the land of wrath?
