Sorry for the late response, I've just seen your question. I'm so glad you are enjoying the series, I love writing it. I haven't ever worked in a Coroner's office but for this series I interviewed present and former Coroner's and their officers as well as attending numerous (far too many) inquests. I believe Coroner's do a very valuable job in our community and unfortunately there work is little known... There are four Ridpath novels so far with the fifth coming out in September ( I hope!!) Once again, sorry for the late response and thank you for reading my novels...
