It's only February, but I've been planning my summer reading—and reading the books that will be hitting shelves come summer—for many months now, thanks to the annual Summer Reading Guide we put out for Modern Mrs Darcy. For the summer of 2020, I'm looking forward to new releases by Marisa de los Santos, Julie Buxbaum, J. Courtney Sullivan, David Mitchell, Chanel Cleeton, Imbolo Mbue, Brit Bennett, and more. I love reading every time of year, but summer just may be my favorite season. This year is shaping up to be a good one!

Good afternoon! I'm trying to recall a book by an author you interviewed this past year and am stumped! The author had written more than one book but this one was about a neighborhood in which the neighbors seem pretty 'normal' until a newcomer moves in and then everything/everyone seems to have a secret. I don't think it's Hepworth's The Family Next Door. I thought the author may be Asian? Thank you!
