The "informal name" of Dmitry Dmitrievich I believe. He's is the phsyical education teacher. Its on page 75. I'm not done the book yet but thus far I've thought of it as a nickname? Something associated with familiarity, like calling your teachers by their first name instead of Mr. [blank]
