Let's see, the closest relative of those is probably Midsummer, they're actually set in the same world as Locke & Key, just like a different corner of it (werewolves and other paranormals, rather than vampires).

There's also There Werewolf of Grey Lake Inn, and if you want a longer work, Wriggle & Sparkle

If you don't mind fantasy rather than paranormal, some of these might suit:

Jewels of Bangkok
Hold Still
Kiss the Rain

Trick of the Light

And in contemporary, Looking for More might fit.
