There might have been one mention that Bella's father knew him, but other than that I'm ignorant (wouldn't be the first time). Also- I cannot figure out the initials MRF used by Eugene Wrayburn in chptr 16/4th book- is there something obvious I'm missing? Thanks!

Harmon father, the dustman, met by chance Bella and her father when she was 7 years old and was having a fantastic tantrum...
Harmon father found her "promising, very promising" and asked her name, her father's name, their address... and met them once more after that, but that is all..
One can wonder if he wanted to give his son a "true woman of character" or a "virago"
what did he see in Bella? what did he want to do to his son?
those are the questions that are not answered... and for the reader to ask and answer...(less)
