Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Carmel O' Reilly The idea for my book: Your WorkLife Your Way came from my work. As a Career Coach I help people live their best WorkLives by managing their learning, development and growth through effective self-feedback, insightful questions and the ability to shape and tell their unique story. Thanks to the people I've worked with I have a collection of wonderfully inspiring stories of people's dreams and ambitions, along with the challenges, obstacles and successes they encountered along the road of their WorkLife journey. My hope in sharing these stories is that they will inspire other people to live their best WorkLives in a way that is practical, helpful and insightful.
