What is sequel and prequel to mario puzo's Godfather novels? Currently now I am reading the 'Godfather'. Want to know which book I should pick after I am done reading this? Please guide me.

If you want to read through the Corleone Story, you should move ahead with Winegardner books (The Godfather Returns & The Godfather's Revenge) and Falco's The Family Corleone (not to be confused with Puzo's The Family) which is is a prequel to The Godfather. The literary quality of later books is still questionable.

If you want to keep reading Puzo and his Mafia world narrative, you may want to consider his Mafia Trilogy. Although, as per the widespread belief, it contains The Godfather, The Last Don and Omerta; I will recommend you to replace The Last Don with The Sicilian or go ahead and read all 4. (less)
