1 - So... did "the man" drown at the end? What happened to him? I would have liked more details on that! 2 - Did anyone else notice that at the beginning of the book it said that when the man took Seb (the first son), he said he was taking him for ice cream and a treat for his birthday, and she didn't want to deny him that so she let him go. But then later when it went into more detail, none of that happened??
