Does the Tradd Street series need to be read in order? Go figure...the library has all of them except The Girl on Legare Street! Thank you.

Although I do write each book so that it can be read independently, I do think the charm of the series is meeting the characters and then watching them grow and change throughout the series.

Also, many of the books end with cliffhangers, and the surprise will be spoiled if you read the sequel before the previous book.

So even though you _can_ read them out of order, I think you’ll enjoy them more if you do.

Are there any specific houses in Charleston that the houses in your book/books are based off of, particularly Millie's on Tradd and her family home on Legare?
