Anu Batkhurel I assumed that Kino finally accepted how much pain his wife's betrayal caused him.
Vatsala Pandey i think the knocking was by kamita and in a way it was a representation of kamita trying to get kino to realise how hurt he was. all those harsh conditios were the hurt that surrounded kino, he was trying to hide from all of them but they were overpowering him. he could feel his heart getting cold and emotions dying and it is painful.
