Goodreads asked Leon M.A. Edwards:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Leon M.A. Edwards Just write. Don't think about the draft in regards to readiability, spelling mistakes and grammer. Just right the damn book. Ignore what critics might think. There are readers who aren't readers but think they are. It is them who will give you 1 star. Someone who is a avid reader and justs lets their favourite genre flow out, will love your books. Also, you are writing for yourself, not your neighbour or potential fans. Don't write a book with the intention of ticking every readers box. You end up not finishing the book as you stress about every paragraph and sentence. Again, there are readers who think they are readers and give you 1 star. Then there are readers who enjoy genres and want to get hold your book.
