I watched the movie and really enjoyed it. It was very exciting and I couldn't stop watching it. I was pretty excited when I stumbled across this book. Is it similar to the movie? Is this book good? Please give me your suggestions.

The movie is excellent too, and that opening scene in Philadelphia (I used to live there) is one of the absolutely best opening sequences in any action/thriller/horror movie ever made, zombie or other.
