Ah, the movie question.
Okay, here's the thing: I do own the movie rights and have a film agent who takes care of any interest we get. But I'm also quite picky about who I'll sell them to. I want to make sure they go to someone who clearly "gets" the books and will do a good job with the movie, because I think we've all seen some truly AWFUL movies come from AMAZING books.
So basically, at the moment, all I can say is: "We'll see." IF the right people make me an offer I'll sell them the rights--but even then, it's a LONG process from there, and there's no guarantee. There are SO MANY steps to getting a movie made, and things can fall apart at any one of them.
Which is why I also don't have any casting preferences. If a movie happens it'll likely be years away, and anyone I mention right now would then be too old to play the characters. Kids have an annoying habit of growing up as time passes (what's up with that?) so there's really no way to cast a movie with kid characters until you're about to film it. But I love hearing from fans about who they picture. So if you have any actors you think are perfect, feel free to tell me in the comments!

I noticed how you said Vane:The last westerly, that sounds like an anime cartoon. Do you happen to be an Avatar Fan? Because that would just blow your awesomeness rate off the charts.
