What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Samira Mahmoodi Good question! I'm still so new to the writing world. I would say be authentically you, don't be afraid to write about your experiences, and to always make sure you are writing for the right reasons, being that writing is truly YOUR passion. It makes all the difference! Also decide from the beginning if you want to be self-published or not. This sets the tone for your creative control and marketing. Either way, be prepared to put in the work. Writing is not a cookie-cutter industry, so there is no "one-way" to be successful in it.
