It depends on the type of books she likes to read. I wouldn't classify this as "Young Adult Fiction", but I think ages 16+ would enjoy the story.

I would not read the whole book, take away (marvellous) stories like "Drunk", but many of the stories are just excellent for young teenagers.

I would definitely recommend it for high schoolers, so I'd say it's up to you, knowing the maturity of the intended reader. I'd say 15+ is a safe bet. There are some instances of teen drinking and sex included, but other than that it is fine.
