Actually sophie and keefe are the same age. I think they figured this out in flashback.

Sophie is 12 in the first book and gradually gets older. I'm pretty sure that she's 16 in Legacy (might be 15 though). Biana, Dex, and Sophie are all the same age. Keefe is one year older than Sophie (I think) and Fitz is two years older

In Neverseen Sophie is revealed to be 14 and 5 months, where Keefe is described to be a few weeks away from 15. So they are 6 months apart.
At the same time, Fitz is described to be 2 months away from being 16.
Dex is a few weeks away from being 14, and Biana a couple months from 14.
