(view spoiler)[When Corwen Cadence gets the arbiter attunement he mentions that he still is not getting even one point of mana into his mana stones. So I am curious how much mana is normally in each class of stone and are Corwens stones so weak because he just doesn't have the practice to push more into the stones but he can make a bunch of stones before he has to rest or is the process just really inefficient? A "standard" stone for each level is equal to the minimum mana requirement for that level. Since Quartz does not have a mana requirement, the standard of measurement for Quartz is 10.
So:
* Standard Quartz - 10
* Standard Carnelian - 60
* Standard Sunstone - 360
* Etc.
Making a mana crystal is much, much harder than simply enchanting a rune at the same level. It's basically a whole additional set that someone needs to develop if they want to study that discipline.
As of the second book, Corin is massively above average in his mana manipulation ability for his age. This is clearest in the final exam for that class.

If I am not mistaken, the way magic works on Mythralis is that working with a particular type of essence can yield permanent physical results as well as greater magical strength, like in the case of Velas' increased speed do to practice with motion sorcery. I was wondering if it was the same on Kaldwyn. For example, does a guardian become more naturally resilient aside from the added protection of their shroud?

Hey I was wondering 2 things :) I am assuming that Arcane Ascension is a like in the future of War of broken mirrors, is that right? And a second would be if the arcane ascension books has a set number of books; From finishing On the shoulder of titans, it feels like it'll definitely be more than a trilogy. What would the length of the series be in estimation?
