(view spoiler)[I'm a fair bit confused if the whole pantheon we learned about in the Ryira revelations is incorrect/muddled the who is nimbus????
There are plenty of hints on who he is supposed to be in that series, but if the story isn't as we know it then who is he?
lol what do I need to reread? cause i must know. XD (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Hey Tanith. So, when I created the world of Elan, I mapped out "its origin story." This was complete with various Gods and myths (such as Maribor giving birth to Novron). But I also knew that history is written by those who are victorious, and also truths are lost, and powerful people can "remake" history by champion those who they WANT to be seen in one way or the other.
That's a long way of saying that much of what you know about the history of Elan is far from the truth, which is why the Legends of the First Empire series was written. Those books let you see first hand how things were early on in history and you can see the truth for yourself.
As for Nimbus, specifically, he has gone by a number of names over the years and he does appear in BOTH Legends and Riyria. Right now we have early copies of Age of Death out, and there are some revelations in that book that I don't want to spoil. Not to mention we have one more book left (Age of Empyre) which will be coming out in February for early backers (through Kickstarter pre-orders) and May for everyone else. By the end of that series. You shouldn't be confused. Although depending on where you are now in the reading, you should be...or at the very least trying to figure out who aligns with who between the two sets of books.
Sorry to be a bit vague on the subject, but I don't want to spoil the fun. But I did want to assure you that all will be clear by the time you are done reading the Legends of the First Empire books. (hide spoiler)]

Hi, Michael! I really really love your books as they have gotten me through some very tough times and have provided a nice, healthy escape to. Anyways, I was wondering if there were any plans to bring the audiobook versions of The Rise and Fall to the dramatization format that Legends and Riyria got? I love experiencing the books with actors in addition to the sound effects and narrator. Anyways, thank you!

I just finished "The Death of Dulgath" last night, and having now read through all the Riyria books, I am wondering how you are able to create such complex characters and stories and neatly bind them all together? It's fantastic. I know you write everything out first before publishing; is it largely this practice that allows you to create your stories the way you do?
