I have let the fix-it technical team know that you have a paperwhite. Believe me when I say that I am irked beyond reason about this-- it's annoying and embarrassing for one, plus I also have a ghost story collection with the same problem... October is the worst possible month to have a download issue for a ghost story collection! At any rate, I will stay on top of this and see it to resolution. Hi, I won this book in your Giveaway (yay and thank you) and although it appears in my Amazon Kindle Reading Library - I have been unable for the past week to download it to my Kindle. It says the file format is not correct. Can you help? Under the Giveaways info, it says we must contact the author so sorry to bother you - but I really, really want to read this. Thanks, Kathy P
