I started with "White Hot" and was blown away. I LoVE the combo of romance and actual sex scenes with the story--in real life ppl are doing both so why not in books lol....! Since then have been loyal reader and rec'd you often. How do you come up with fresh snappy dialogue, or do you find yourself going back to phrases you've used in the past or old standards (everyone uses)?

I listen to what the characters say and write it done. Of course, sometimes they go MUTE on me, and I have to goose them. I also try to write dialogue the way people actually talk.

Hi Sandra. I'm a huge, long-time fan of your books. I always say no one writes sexual tension like you. I was excited to see you taking questions for Romance Week! I very much enjoy your newer suspense novels. I was wondering if you ever miss writing straight up contemporary or historical romance? I love to go back and read the books from the 1980's or so.
