My advice to aspiring writers is simply this. Find something that means something to you, a subject that's passionate to your heart and your beliefs. Read as many books as you can, expand your vocabulary. But most important is get fired up in the excitement of your story, but plan carefully and pay attention to structure and flow of your work and have fun.
