Hello, I'm very new to your world of books, and actually found them through playing Chapters, I commented on it saying that if it were a novel, I would read it and I found Poison Study because of it. It's easily my favorite book. Valek and Yelena are among my favorite characters of all time. Who is/was your favorite character to write? Also, Would you ever consider writing about young assassin Valek? Thank you!

Hello Kayla! I'm so glad you've enjoyed my books and they're your favorites - quite the honor :) I must admit, I really enjoy writing from Janco's POV he's just so fun and he's easy to write and such a knucklehead! I love Janco :) I also liked writing Lyra's POV from Navigating the Stars - her voice was just so strong in my head and I felt like she wrote the book for me.
I like the idea of writing about a young Valek - might be a great idea for a short story as I know many of my readers would be disappointed not to see Yelena as well. :)

Hi Maria! My friend and I love Poison Study. How did you come up with the military style world of Ixia? When you wrote Poison Study did you know you were going to write the first two sequels and if so did you know what they were going to be about? Also would you ever consider making Poison Study into a movie? (Because that'd be an awesome movie) thanks in advance! ;)

What inspires you to write about your characters in an "old world" setting? Would you ever consider writing a book set in a modern day or futuristic setting? I love the worlds you have created and would be interested in your take on a modern setting for your vivid characters!
